Our politics lasts 14 days. If 14 days are sold since your purchase, we cannot unfortunately give a refund or an exchange.

To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. He must be also in the origin packing.

Presents

If the turned article was identified as a present during the purchase and if it was directly sent, you will receive a credit-present of a value equal to that of your return. Once we will have received the turned article, a gift-token will be sent to you by post.

If the article was not identified as a present during the purchase, or if the donor of the present preferred receiving the article first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor of the present and he will know that you turned the article.
