Terms of delivery

After confirmation of the order, the Company undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by purchase and this within the shortest possible time. This carrier undertakes, by contract with the Company, to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the Customer, and provided to the carrier by the Company.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. These deadlines are given as an indication and without obligation on our part, and cannot be the subject of a claim for compensation from the Company.

The delivery times indicated on the order confirmation email sent by the Company apply from the receipt thereof, except for orders paid by check or bank transfer, the shipment of which is only effective. from receipt of payment.

Delivery methods

Delivery will be made by various carriers such as the Post Office, DDP, DHL, TNT, Packlink etc ..., orother carriers in order to serve you as well as possible.

Terms of delivery

The delivery conditions for our products are governed by the General Conditions of Transport established by the carrier concerned according to the type of service used (La Poste or Geodis Calberson).

According to the general conditions of transport of the aforementioned companies, we inform you that:

  • bulky packages are not delivered upstairs but are delivered at least at the doorstep of the house or building.
  • delivery is not necessarily the subject of a prior appointment. However, it is the Customer's duty to leave a telephone number with the Company in order to be reachable during the day.
  • if the Customer is absent from his home during the delivery, a calling card will be left in his mailbox with the carrier's contact details, so that the Customer can contact them again within 24 hours and make an appointment for a second presentation .

Complaints

By signing the delivery slip, the Customer accepts the products delivered as is and therefore no claim relating to damage suffered during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer obtained all checks and to make all the detailed reservations on arrival of the equipment and exercises, if applicable, any recourse against the carrier.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the contents of the packages at the time of delivery and to formulate any reservations, if any, on the delivery slip in the presence of the carrier. These reservations should be sent to the Company within 2 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the packages, failing which the right to claim will cease to be acquired:

Delivery of the package means the first presentation of the package to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

The Company's logistics department will take the necessary steps as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
